Recruiting Process
We are experienced in both search and selection methodologies.
- Applicants CV's & related documents are carefully scrutinized by our screening experts.
- The short listed applicants are invited for an interview / trade test where their qualification, practical experience and suitability for the specified job is verified.
- We also forward a complete set of CV's of short listed candidates to clients for their review and evaluation ( only if asked for ).
- Otherwise after final selection by our experts, a formal offer letter is issued to candidates and declaration is taken from them accepting our terms and conditions.
- We update our candidates about latest developments & visa status so that they are ready for departures even at short notice
- We undertake all travel formalities upon receipt of / endorsement of visa and inform clients regarding candidates' departure.
Responsibilities
- We are pleased to make final selections, in case the Client or his representative is unable to visit the respective countries.
- We conduct final interview / trade test with our panel of technical experts in respective countries.
- We provide man power of best quality and according to the standard of clients requirements.
- The candidates provided by us are assured for their professional competency.
